Description
250 mL & 500 mL Centrifuge Tubes are designed to process large sample volumes and are suitable for separating and harvesting cells, supernatants, bacteria, yeast, and tissue samples in life science and clinical laboratories. They are widely used for large volume centrifugation and biological analysis workflows. These tubes are made of polypropylene (PP) with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) caps and feature a secure sealing design to improve tightness. The thickened conical bottom increases maximum centrifugal force limits, and the tubes include clear volume graduations for easy measurement. Typical specifications include a maximum RCF of up to ~7000 × g(RCF), compatibility with standard centrifuge rotors, and temperature resistance from –80 °C to ~ +120 °C. These tubes are often DNase, RNase, and Pyrogen free, and are supplied in bulk or rack formats for laboratory use.
