MidiAGE Horizontal Electrophoresis - Compact & Leak-Proof

The ABDOS MidiAGE Horizontal Electrophoresis System is designed for routine nucleic acid analysis in molecular biology laboratories. It is suitable for rapid screening of PCR products, clonal samples, restriction fragment analysis, and separation of closely sized DNA fragments. The system includes a basic unit with a removable platinum electrode assembly, a 15 × 15 cm gel running tray, four 1 mm thick combs (16 and 20 wells), a casting unit, and one pair of connecting cords. The height-adjustable combs allow control over well depth and sample loading volume. The leakproof casting system eliminates the need for taping during gel preparation. The unit has overall dimensions of 31 × 18.5 × 9.5 cm, supports a buffer volume of 600 ml, and offers a maximum sample capacity of 112. It is manufactured from acrylic in natural color and is CE certified. The product is produced and inspected in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality management standards.
