Area Sales Manager: Vadodara

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling laboratory consumables (plastic) and benchtop equipment, with a strong educational background in microbiology or biotechnology.

Key Responsibilities

  • To Achieve / Monitor the Sales Target monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Key Account / Customer Development.
  • Distributors Network Development.
  • Sub-Dealers Network Development.
  • Monitoring Competitor Activity.
  • Motivate the Dealers and their sales team to generate the maximum business.
  • Coordination Between Customer-Distributor-Company.
  • Handle the customer & distributor’s complaints.
  • The main responsibility is Secondary sales generation and converting into Primary sales.
  • Promotional Activity of Products through Seminars and Road Shows in the Territory.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science.
  • Bachelors/ master’s in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in technical sales
  • Previous Life Science industry experience
