Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can transform data into meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business understanding and be comfortable working with ERP systems, dashboards, automation, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role will work closely with senior management, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams to improve reporting, identify growth opportunities, and optimise business processes.

Business Analytics

• Analyse sales, production , financial, and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Build reports that support strategic planning and business reviews.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI/HTML
• Build automated reporting solutions.
• Improve reporting templates across departments.
• Improve data hygeine

SAP & ERP Analytics

• Extract, clean, and analyse data from SAP.
• Work with different SAP modules such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Production.
• Develop automated reports using SAP data.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Develop Python scripts/ Use Power Automate to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Reduce manual effort through workflow automation.
• Support AI and analytics initiatives across the organisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or MIS.
• Experience working in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.
