Position Overview

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Assistant Area Sales Manager (AASM) Sales for Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share. Your collaborative nature will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • To Achieve / Monitor the Sales Target monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Key Account / Customer Development.
  • Distributors Network Development.
  • Sub-Dealers Network Development.
  • Monitoring Competitor Activity.
  • Motivate the Dealers and their sales team to generate the maximum business.
  • Coordination Between Customer-Distributor-Company.
  • Handle the customer & distributor’s complaints.
  • The main responsibility is Secondary sales generation and converting into Primary sales.
  • Promotional Activity of Products through Seminars and Road Shows in the Territory.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science.
  • Bachelors/ master’s in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in technical sales
  • Previous Life Science industry experience
